Oral solutions and suspensions with high dosing accuracy
An integrated line for compounding and filling oral solutions and suspensions — from jacketed preparation vessels with controlled agitation and heating, through filtration and automated volumetric filling, to capping, labelling and secondary packaging. Every stage runs inside classified cleanroom zones with continuous differential-pressure monitoring.

The manufacturing route on this line
The stations a batch passes through inside the line, in order.
Stage 1: Compounding
Ingredients are dissolved and blended in jacketed vessels under controlled agitation and heating.
Stage 2: Filtration
The bulk passes through filters before transfer to the filling unit.
Stage 3: Volumetric filling
Automated filling to a controlled volume per bottle, within a ± 1 % band.
Stage 4: Capping & labelling
Caps are sealed, then the label is applied and verified against the product.
Stage 5: Secondary packaging
Leaflet and dosing cup are inserted, and batch code and expiry printed.
