A dedicated hormonal line is being completed inside a separate building with a fully independent HVAC system and negative pressure, in line with international requirements for handling highly potent materials. The line aims to supply locally manufactured hormonal preparations of documented quality, and represents one of Ameen Pharma's principal expansion priorities.

Stage 1: The separate building
A building fully separate from the other lines rules out any cross-contamination.
Stage 2: The HVAC system
An independent HVAC system running at negative pressure, per the requirements for highly potent materials.
Stage 3: Fit-out & qualification
Equipment is installed and its performance verified before any production is permitted.
Stage 4: Operator training
Specialised training on handling hormonal materials and containment procedures ahead of launch.
