Precision filling in a humidity-controlled environment
The line operates in rooms where relative humidity is held within a narrow band to protect the gelatin shell. Equipment includes automatic capsule fillers with electronic weight control and a polishing/sorting unit, plus the capability to produce delayed-release capsules by coating the internal pellets.
