Careers

We are always looking for pharmacists, chemists, engineers and technicians who share our belief that good medicine begins with small details.

Working here

Why Ameen Pharma?

Four reasons the people who work here give when we ask them why they stayed.

  • Modern manufacturing

Work on modern equipment within a documented quality system built to international standards.

  • Continuous training

Periodic training programmes in good practices, occupational safety and equipment operation.

  • A clear career path

Real growth opportunities as the company expands into new lines and therapeutic categories.

  • Tangible impact

Your work ends in a medicine that reaches a real patient — nothing compares to that.

Disciplines

Areas we hire for

We do not publish named vacancies on the site at present. Applications are welcome year-round, and we return to our candidate database the moment a role opens in one of these areas.

Pharmacists and chemists for the control laboratories and the QA and documentation unit.

  • Production & operations

Line operators and production supervisors across the four dosage forms.

  • Maintenance & engineering

Mechanical and electrical engineers and maintenance technicians for equipment and HVAC systems.

  • Research & development

Researchers in formulation development and stability studies.

  • Sales & medical marketing

Medical representatives and account managers for the distribution network.

  • Warehousing & logistics

Warehouse keepers and cold-chain and distribution officers.

How to apply

What happens after you send your application?

Four clear steps, and we undertake to tell you the outcome at every one — including when the answer is no.

  1. 1

    Application received

You receive an acknowledgement within two business days, and your CV enters the candidate database under its discipline.

  2. 2

    Initial screening

HR reviews the application with the head of the relevant department and matches it against the role's requirements.

  3. 3

    Technical interview

An interview with the department itself, focused on your hands-on experience and your grasp of good manufacturing practice.

  4. 4

    Offer and onboarding

A written offer, followed by an induction covering occupational safety and the quality system before you start on the floor.

What makes an application easier to read?

We are not asking for a designed CV — we are asking for information we can assess.

  • Name the area you are applying to in the subject line — “Quality control” or “Mechanical maintenance”, for instance.
  • List your qualifications and year of graduation, plus any training in good manufacturing practice or occupational safety.
  • Describe the dosage forms and equipment you have actually worked on, not just the job title you held.
  • Send the CV as a PDF, and leave out sensitive personal data that a professional assessment does not need.

Students and new graduates

We accept internship and graduation-project applications from pharmacy, chemistry and engineering students. Attach a letter from your university stating the required placement period.

Equal opportunity

Every application is assessed on competence, experience and the requirements of the role alone. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, origin, belief or marital status, and we provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities on request.
