  • Can I buy Ameen Pharma products directly from this website?

No. This site introduces the company and its pharmaceutical portfolio; it does not sell medicines. Our products are available in pharmacies through our authorised distributor network, and prescription medicines are dispensed against a physician's prescription only.

  • How do I obtain the package leaflet for a specific product?

Each product page includes a button to view the package leaflet and print or save it as a PDF, alongside a full information card covering composition, indications and storage conditions. The leaflet enclosed in the pack remains the officially approved reference.

  • How do I know whether a product needs a prescription?

Every product card carries a clear marker showing whether it is prescription-only or available without one, and you can filter the portfolio by that criterion. The final decision, in every case, rests with a physician or pharmacist.

  • How should the products be stored in a pharmacy or at home?

Storage conditions are stated on each product card and in its leaflet; most are kept below 25 °C, away from light and moisture. Do not use any product whose colour, odour or consistency has changed, even if it is within its expiry date.

  • How can I become a distributor for Ameen Pharma?

Please get in touch through the Contact form, selecting the “Distribution & partnerships” subject, and mention your geographic coverage, prior experience and storage capacity. Our sales team will follow up with you.

  • Do you offer contract manufacturing?

Yes. We evaluate contract-manufacturing requests within our available dosage forms. Contact us with the formulation details and required volumes so we can assess technical feasibility.

  • Do you export outside Syria?

We assess export requests according to each country's drug-registration requirements. A product appearing on this site does not mean it is registered in your market, so every export enquiry begins with a review of the local regulator's requirements.

  • How do I report a suspected adverse reaction to a product?

You can report through the Pharmacovigilance page or by writing to the pharmacovigilance team directly. Every report is treated seriously and confidentially. Please include the product name, batch number, a description of the reaction and the date it occurred. If symptoms are severe, see your doctor without waiting for our reply.

  • I noticed a defect in the pack or the medicine's appearance — what should I do?

Stop using the pack, keep it as it is together with its leaflet, then tell us through the Pharmacovigilance page with the batch number, expiry date and a photograph if possible. The batch number is what lets us trace the problem all the way back to the manufacturing record.

  • Where is the plant located and can it be visited?

The plant is located in the Industrial City of Al-Ra'i, northern Aleppo Governorate. Technical visits are arranged by prior appointment only, as production areas are classified cleanrooms with specific entry requirements.

  • How do I apply for a job, and do you accept internship applications?

Send your CV to the careers address, naming the area you are applying to in the subject line. We accept applications year-round, along with internship and graduation-project requests from pharmacy, chemistry and engineering students.

  • What happens to the data I submit through the form?

Your data is used to answer your enquiry only; it is neither sold nor rented to any party. Pharmacovigilance reports are handled with stricter confidentiality and may be shared in anonymised form with regulators where pharmaceutical regulations require it.
